I believe you are mixing Radars and Lasers.
They are not interchangeable.
This article is interesting and belongs on the LHM site, unless the tie in is these lasers will be effective ONLY if the targets are picked up by Radars that RADA provides.
Maybe read a bit more on what RADA's technology is and then it will make more sense.
