i'd buy that except for another *imo* target that a few of us are also in .. IPIX
whose mgmt has executed consistently over the past few years and has
seen similar patterns
stock was taken up almost to a high of $5 (Late 2014) and then the hand off
literally took a hit piece .. an atty firm on NRs' speed dial to troll for a lead
plaintiff and CA filed .. (sound familiar?)
but wait there is more .. the stock having been *reset* a % down .. was allowed
to be taken back up .. to about 3x today's PPS .. b4 the last round of trying
to part actual investors out of their shares got underway .. fortunately for
actual investors in that baby bio .. mgmt continued to both communicate
and execute .. to where the company is far stronger today than late 2014
(oh and they also hired a law firm to fight CA vs. settling) .. and now in regard
to this OTC target .. the clock and calendar works in investors' favor *imo* vs NR
that won't stop NR from trying to reset the 52 week low of 63c set on 5.10.17
but it's absolutely why *volume* has started to fall off a cliff .. what NR has
inadvertently done is squeeze out liquidity (those who actually trade who are
not connected to embedded crews entrenched for years there) .. as NR
relentlessly compresses IPIX down ward .. and based on NRs' patterns ..
*controlled* take ups called in advance and where to .. because when NR is upside down .. the tells are very clear to some
but i do agree that no one with a set mind .. will undertake the time and effort to learn

FWIW - the waste of time, IMO, is trying to change peoples' minds about the existence of NR, NSS, or the effects of these theories / practices on stock prices.
One group believes in it, another doesn't. One group highlights these theories over poor managerial decisions, another does the reverse, as an explanation for the existing stock price. Others perform drivebys occasionally, to satisfy some part of themselves.
I don't think any reasonable person in any group will deny that, at the end of the day, if PTOI can't sell a processor or license its technology, then it is done. So far, for the past 4 years, it hasn't been able to do so, which IMO is a main reason why the stock price is where it is. I do not doubt that naked shorting exists, but I cannot speak to its effect on this particular stock....just not that tuned in.
