agree and chartwise we have a 5 week Cup-n-Handle pattern
with a low of .0081 and a top neckline of .015. So as long
as ONCI can break above .015 sometime in the next 2-3 weeks
or less then it should move up to the .022-.027 range within
several days after that just on BULLISH TECHNICALS alone.
