In 2013 MVTG had sold off from a high of .30 to a low of .047, when news of why they had been quiet (gagged) arrived, and here was the news!!!

Check out the massive budget on the last page and 5 year business plan (ending in 2018) that the contract created for MVTG. Just as things were taking off and MVTG rallied for months from .047 to .75 and traded at that high several times for months, then GE announced they were buying Alstom and crude oil prices crashed, and alt energy stock like Ballard Power and Plug (other fuel cell stocks like MVTG) collapsed. But GE turned out not to be the great partner Alstom was. (GE bought Alstom for 14 billion dollars....., and now GE just this year has lost 50% of its market cap, lost over 10 Billion in value), and MVTG had to make a move. So with no money MVTG bought an operating engineering consulting firm, with massive revenue, that is about to grow exponentially and the stock is near all time 9 year lows. No place to go now except straight up. Especially with customers like AT&T and Verizon that are starting 5G expansion an day now, and the AWS division of MVTG has existing service contracts, and 12 Million/year in existing sales with a 20% gross margin!!!
