$TVIAQ,,,This is a very strange play for me and I only half understand the stock and whats in play. Terravia was at one time a fairly substantial company listed on Nasdaq. I won't go into what they did (do?) as i am sure you don't have the time. In August, a large conglomerate in the Netherlands called Corbion purchased TVIAQ's Intellectual Property for $20M. (It's important to understand that Corbion only purchased the IP. This left quite a bit of equipment, buildings and some other nice things, but the big ticket item for Terravia is that it has $900M Net Operating Loss Tax Credits (something I don't completely understand). Below is some DD on the company (and there is a ton more). Seeking Alpha did a piece a month or two ago stating that Terravia has some very nice pieces left over after the sale. There was also a piece written saying the PPS for TVIAQ should be $1.50. Currently the pps is $.0122. There is an MM called ASCM which is completely manipulating the price action. I happened to get in at $.0033 a couple of weeks ago so it's been a good play for me but I am leaving 1/2 my position in as I think this thing can rise to .05,,,.10,,,.25 at any time. You may want to check this company out All of this is in my own opinion.
TVIAQ has $900M in NOLs which were NOT part of the Corbion deal.
Early bankruptcy filings indicate that TVIAQ plan is to reorganize and use the $900M in NOLs, see page 3 of this filing, where they mention maintaining NOLs AFTER reorganizing:

Also, according to the Corbion purchase agreement, on page 44, they carve out NOLs from the Corbion sale:

This article explains how a company can successfully reorganize using massive NOLs, with equity surviving. I think many of you guys are MISSING THIS COMPLETELY:
