well...to be fair..Patrick Byrne is beyond extraordinary...not to say there are others out there with the same expertise...they are fighting for their own entities. I'm reminded that whenever there is money to be made...corruption is to follow.. so, I don't hold high hopes for regulation that actually works without the violation of such.... resulting in public hangings or pouring gasoline on perpetrators and lighting a match...it would come to an end real quick...be my guess.
I don't know though, lots of banking related folks flying out of high level windows and mysterious suicides...who knows the motivations?? I think there's a level of paranoia out there ..hitting both ends of the spectrum...that is exhausting the threshold all the way around...
I would love to be optimistic about a turn...and PTOI's release at some point, but that requires a front office that is responsive to the conditions and has..as a part of a PLAN,. aka Byrne, to pursue the alleged parties. I think if someone can PROVE beyond any measure of doubt...that there is in fact, an illegal position...they should assist the Co. in any way they can. If that Can't be done, then an attack through progress and reporting is the only possible method to address it.
