He offered this after most investors already sunk all their money into TPAC listening to IR's lies and trusting them to have shareholders best interests in mind. I would venture to guess less than 5 people actually trusted IR and wanted any part of TPAC FIC. Honestly anyone who would buy into this would have had to be fools with the way IR/SI destroyed TPAC. Plus the fact they are not licensed to offer investment advice.
The reason it was offered was to raise capital to use for SI and their fraudulent MRVB because Bill could not raise it on his own. This was a service Bill offered to shareholders because he had no other choice if he wanted funding for SI scam. I really doubt Bill knew exactly what he was getting himself into with crawling in bed with Sphere International.
Matter a fact Bill issued the Series C shares before they were even registered in the state of Wyoming.
TPAC is NOT under reconstruction. That was just more crap being pumped so IR/SI could flip TPAC. Just like there is no legal documents stating SI and TPAC are in a Proxy.
Now you can continue this nonsense all you want but it doesnt change the fact you have NO supporting data for your argument.
MRVB has done nothing for TPAC or its share holders to date. Thats a fact
SI has not filed a SC 13d or Form 4 stating ownership of 5% or more share of TPAC. If they have bought billions of shares as they claim they have to file with the SEC because TPAC is a reporting company. It doesnt matter if SI is a public company or not.
No proxy has been filed in the state of Wyoming where TPAC is incorporated or with the SEC. Any proxy SI/IR claims to have is void/lie.
Now if you and Ragz have profited from this illegal MRVB Im not sure I would be publicly taunting that. But I really doubt you have. You seem to think there is some type of personal vendetta here and there is not. The goal is for ALL TPAC shareholders to make money. Unfortunately none have if they listened to Muse/IR/James/S7/SI as for as the TPAC offering is concerned.
