I don't believe that most people have difficulty distinguishing between public social behavior in a bar and sexual harassment and predatory sexual behavior in the contexts being revealed.
'Nobody left' implies everyone does it, which is of course an inaccurate and lame argument.
And how do you infer a 'priority'?
I think it's organic. People feel empowered when they see others coming forth.
