Right, but that means that some lawyers were being paid up front regardless.
I agree about the other and would take it a step further and say the amount of this first settlement is sort of irrelevant (but not recurring revenue from licensing). It's solidifying the patent situation and teeing us up to be sold, the more cases we win, the closer it gets.
