Sounds like someone needs to do a little more homework. First of all DUO (which just got their a$$e$ handed to them by our aforementioned law firms in the IPR DENIAL) has the same lead lawyer that Microsoft had when they lost to BR. I believe a wise man once said " insanity is doing something over and over again and expecting a different outcome" paraphrased.They also fired or he quit William Harmon that was also part of that team..So pray tell exactly what part of this is not good for SFOR? Planting those seeds again?
