IMHO Gemalto's lawyers are pissing their pants right now! They realize the company might loose its very lucritive US DOD SIPRNET contract unless they can prevail in court & the USPO (not likely) or settle & license (more likely). They know Uncle Sam doesn't knowingly deal with thieves! Once word got back to corporate in Italy about Entrust rolling over a BOD meeting should have been scheduled to discuss what to do next. Come Monday morning those directors will be briefed as to current US court developments, just what is at stake now and possible courses of action & their potential consequences.
