So TAUG settles the case against Cowan. DECN and Mr. Berman are no longer the bad guys. TAUG accepted an offer. So let's look at this offer from another vantage point.
Mr. Berman and several TAUG shareholders, and yours truly, found out about this settlement almost three weeks ago. It was leaked all over NYC. Johnny_C, the paid consultant, the puppeteer, the jail bird, found out this morning. What does that tell you?
Johnny_C, the message board basher, the guy who threatens children and goes to jail for it, the guy who threatens Mr. Berman's wife and adult son, the guy who threatens a founder and large shareholder, claims for months that the settlement will be worth $20 million, you betcha. He claims that he knows that DECN is under investigation because his cousin's, brother's uncle's sister in law works for the SEC. He even tells his big time investor father not to look at DECN, look instead at more of TAUG, that the case could be worth $1 billion. And he claims that the TAUG case isn't final even with a settlement, that he will carry on with complaints to accounting boards and shareholder lawsuits. Just crap, pure big shot wise guy nonsense crap.
And what does Johnny's father do. Well three weeks ago Johnny's father bought 4 million DECN shares. Did he tell Johnny? I doubt it. Because even though blood is thicker than water, savvy investors don't follow the lead of their jail bird sons, they make their own determinations.
