Before becoming President of Cygnacom Solutions, Mr. Bello served in various capacities at Entrust, Inc. including Senior Vice President of Global Field Services, Senior Vice President and General Manager of U S Federal Government; Vice President of US Federal Sales, and Senior Vice President of US Federal & CALA (Canadian, Asia, and Latin America) Sales. Mr. Bello also served as Senior Vice President of US Federal & CALA Sales at Entrust Limited. He was responsible for the Entrust Limited US Federal Sales team, and Government Relations. He served as the President of CygnaCom Solutions from March 2002 to November 2007. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of US Federal Government of CygnaCom Solutions Inc. since February 2006. He has over 21 years in the industry and is noted for his strong combination of technical and business acumen. Mr. Bello joined Entrust in 1998 and as a Director of North American Professional Services and to help build the professional services practice and organization. Prior to Entrust, he held various positions of increased responsibility at Nortel Networks from 1985 to 1998 in the areas of Engineering, Technical Support, Marketing, and Order Management. Mr. Bello holds a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Isadore Schoen

Mr. Schoen co-founded CygnaCom Solutions in 1994, and served as Vice-President since 2006. From 2003 to 2006 he served as Vice President at Orion Security Solutions. Mr. Schoen currently serves at the Chief Architect and VP, Service, Compliance and Architecture for the Entrust Managed Service and is responsible for deploying new services and improving services for over 100 certification authorities across multi-national datacenters operated as part of the service. He is focused on providing PKI, mobile technologies and identity-management solutions in real-world environments. He also provides technical support for a wide variety of customers including the US Department of Defense, civilian agencies, banks, and other commercial customers. Mr. Schoen also provides technical direction for a diverse set of projects including design service, installation, product deployment and operations. Mr. Schoen currently holds four US patents relating PKI applications.
Ella Schwartz
ELLA SCHWARTZ
Senior Manager, Federal Professional Services
Ms. Ella Schwartz has over eighteen years of experience managing Professional Services Information Security initiatives for the commercial and federal sectors. Ms. Schwartz holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Engineering from Columbia University and is a certified PMP. Ms. Schwartz is currently senior manager, Federal Professional Services. In this role she runs the Cygnacom Professional Services division, providing IT security consulting services to government agencies. Prior to this role, Ms. Schwartz supported the Entrust commercial Professional Services business, providing Entrust product deployment support.
Nithya Rachamadugu
NITHYA RACHAMADUGU
Director, Common Criteria & FIPS 140-2 Labs
An experienced system developer as well as an evaluator in CygnaCom laboratories, Ms. Rachamadugu has performed CC and FIPS testing at various security levels. She conducts customer training classes and pre-assessment work-shops internationally and in US. Ms. Rachamadugu chairs the International Cryptographic Module Conference (ICMC) and regularly presents at International conferences. She presented CC and FIPS relevant topics at ICCC5 (Berlin), ICCC6 (Japan), ICCC7 (Spain), ICCC8 (Rome), ICCC9 (South Korea), ICCC12 (Malaysia), ICCC14 (India) and ENISA (Greece). Nithya has a M.Sc. in Mathematics followed by a post graduate diploma in Computer Science both from IIT Delhi, India

COMPANY HISTORY
Cygnacom Solutions was founded in 1994 to provide professional information security services and cryptographic solutions to government and business clients. Cygnacom specialized in emerging Public Key Infrastructure technologies, and designing and implementing some of the first PKI solutions for US government and commercial customers. By 1999, Cygnacom had partnered with Entrust, Inc. to provide professional services to support their US Federal, State, and US-based commercial PKI customers.
Cygnacom’s facilities were also among the first to be accredited by the U.S. Department of Commerce, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, and the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program for information technology security testing against the federal cryptographic criteria (Common Criteria (ISO/IEC 15408)).
In March 2000, Entrust, Inc. acquired Cygnacom Solutions as a wholly owned subsidiary. Cygnacom continues to support the Entrust and Cygnacom customer base with PKI, authentication, mobile and derived credentials, and cloud-based services. Cygnacom built and operates the first datacenter for the Entrust Managed Service, providing certificates PIV cards for the US Access Program, as well as cloud-based PKI, card-issuance and authentication services.
In June 2006, Entrust acquired Orion Security Solutions to add additional capabilities to the Cygnacom team, expanding support capabilities for the US Defense and Intelligence communities.
In 2014, Entrust was acquired by Datacard, Inc. Cygnacom continues to support the Entrust Datacard team, US Federal customers, and commercial customers with state-of-the-art information and cryptographic solutions in the challenging world of the 21st century.UG
