Any official word on efficacy will be huge. We are all waiting for that! And most of us are expecting that - even though we've been around long enough to see many promising agents flunk their trials. At this point - we have not even a tiny letter 'e' - but pretty good letter 't' toxicity - good indication it is low as expected and hoped from preclinicals...Wish the company would release cohort one pk data so we could look for some small letter 'e' evidence.
