And as to the importance of this first settlement (actually, second if you count Microsoft) I think it's extremely important as a precedent for settlement of the rest of the suits, which are much much more likely to follow. Then, we'll see a huge increase of litigation activity when these seven are finished. Mark Kay said they would be going after bigger fish when they finished with these minnows.
How will you all feel when your portfolios move over $50,000 a day when this is trading +/- a few pennies a day? Will you still hold millions of shares? I will! I watched as my SFOR share value went from under $2000 to >$150,000, and back down to <$25,000, and back again to over $100,000. That's PEANUTS compared to what this will look like when it's trading for dimes and quarters.
