I don't remember the specifics, but I did read about a Court in one State ruling that an Insurance Co. had to pay for a cannabis based treatment that was proven effective in the patient. So the State can rule that Insurance must pay for something which the Federal Govt. says is illegal. It's time we got our head on straight.
AND-yes-I agree the mm treatment will start elsewhere...everything owcp does will-Israel to Germany..
and when the citizens of us get upset enough with" why don't WE HAVE THIS KIND OF EXCELLENT TREATMENTS?"..maybe then the usa wakes up... we have a bunch of "cartoons" running the fda and Congress... the drugs that are advertised on tv have so many side effects(to treat psoriasis, cancer, etc. etc. -the side effects make the "cure" worse than the disease.. my first wife died of ovarian cancer and if I am ever told that I have stage 4 cancer- I will try cannabis one way or the other,.. forget chemo...
conclusion: what I would like to see is owcp not only treating diseases-also coming up with a cancer preventative...of course, I don't know if that is possible.. but many people died of diseases hundreds of years ago that are easily treated today,.. ok-no more rambling on tgif day-lol-
