Most of this could (should) have been up a long time ago with direct communication with shareholders in an open format. Bill didnt like my questions on the relationship/compensation but he also wouldnt do a CC so these could be addressed in an open format. I had a lot of concerns based on their treatment of shareholders, their grandiose claims, etc. He should have put a stop to it a long time ago. This would have been a moot point. Instead, they kept pumping while long term shareholders were given the eveything is OK by Bill while the price was collapsing and OS started taking off. Then there was the move to Wyoming to save $10K and shareholders were specifically told it was NOT because of the unlimited AS and that it wouldnt go up. Plenty of tweets documented on that one.
Kind of came to a head when kmohr threatened Bill on here to "drop this" and he has been mostly silent since. With the way everyrhing eent down and the blatant misinformation from IR (with respect to BTL SLA and OS reductions) - I think shareholders have every right to question the company, IR/SI, and demand transparency.
