Banks closed, trust departments closed...so no volume from them: therefore, MM playing with loaded dice today and cheating their way to profits with no one stopping them today. So, I have many buy orders entered as I view today as an post halloween party for MMs. A real anomaly. If you have balls and can afford it, put in those buy orders.
