Intermedia's shareholders will own 21.5% of IDVC. This is much better for IDVC. Often when companies merge, the shareholders of the company being merged with become the majority shareholders in the new structure and the CEO is given his marching orders. It has already been confirmed that Tom Morgan will still be the CEO after the merger is completed.
