Actually, we shouldn't feel that badly about it. If it's all true, then Michael Welch and the board weren't aware of it as it occurred. No way in hell we could've been as we relied on them to relay official business.
Anyhow, the company now appears to be in good hands, and under advisement of some of the very best in the business.
If they recoup anything from a suit it will just strengthen their position, so it still looks very good for the new management as far as their chances of major success.
They must believe they can benefit from a suit or they wouldn't be willing to subject the company to the generally negative publicity that it will bring. The bashers will surely use it for all it's worth, but it'll survive it and then some.
