The Real Hip-Hop Network, Inc. Returns Shares to B

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwired - Nov 9, 2017) - B2Digital, Incorporated ( OTC PINK : BTDG ) ("B2Digital") today announced that the Company has agreed to a an arrangement under which The Real Hip-Hop Network, Inc. ("HHN")will return Five Million (5,000,000) shares of B2Digital common stock in exchange for B2Digital's return of its ownership stake in HHN.

As a result of the arrangement and on completion of the transaction by B2Digital's transfer agent, B2Digital will accept and cancel the returned shares form HHN, thereby reducing the total issued and outstanding B2Digital common shares from 45,200,144 to 40,200,144, an approximately 11% increase in the common shares available for future issuance by B2Digital.
