As a result of the arrangement and on completion of the transaction by B2Digital's transfer agent, B2Digital will accept and cancel the returned shares form HHN, thereby reducing the total issued and outstanding B2Digital common shares from 45,200,144 to 40,200,144, an approximately 11% increase in the common shares available for future issuance by B2Digital.
