Thanks for posting this again, one of my favorite takeaways is this:
"Mark Kay: First of all thank you very much for this opportunity to update our shareholders. We are also considering moving up from the Pink Sheets to the QB if our stock holds on for another month or so. This should help those interested in buying and selling our shares. We are also having an Annual Shareholder Meeting on Friday, November 17th, 2017 at our offices in Edison, NJ. All shareholders are welcome."
"In another month or so" Meaning that's the time-frame Mark sees for there being ZERO possibility of us dropping below 1 penny. He wouldn't make that move and pay the 10 grand if he wasn't sure.
