Is tomorrow the day? I know they requested an extension until the 10th, but tomorrow is a federal holiday and I think most federal courts are closed. I may be wrong, but wouldn't this push the filing deadline to Monday, 11/13? I apologize if this was covered earlier. I am late to the game today and have not yet caught up.
