(OTCQB: MDHI.PK), announced it has signed a marketing and operations agreement with JTT-EMS LTD of Shijiazhuang, China to bring the MediPendant™ personal medical alarm to the People's Republic of China. This agreement follows the recent shipments of product to Denmark and the consummation of an agreement with a large alarm company in Scotland, both with plans to begin marketing the MediPendant™ in the first quarter of 2013.
