I don't accept too readily that someone knows something in advance of a strong PR. I tend now to believe all fast advances and slow walk downs are the result of what the game players want as they continue to control the SP. Thus, I don't get excited by any daily advance or drop. Institutional investment still not seen yet as evidenced by recent institutional holdings report.

Will take volume in the 1MM+ for me to believe anything has changed.
