I can say that I did get a email from Michael Jordan late yesterday in response to a question about dates stated in the 8k. He said "We appreciate your interest and investment in our company. However as a sophisticated investor, you should understand that while companies are finalizing any type of transaction regulatory rules forbid us to comment publicly.
As soon as the company is in a position to provide guidance and information we will do so."

So as we all (on this board) have stated, keep your pants on and wait!
