"CBD" IS NOT A DIRTY WORD!" What makes it questionable is the claims con artists are making that it cures everything and anything. Claims are being made that it cures diabetes and cancer and it does not! The FDA wants the people that make those claims to do the research and prove it. The FDA has jurisdiction on drugs sold between states. There are some states like California , as an example that allow the sale of CBDs. From what I have heard CBS relieve the shakes from people with Parkinson Disease and epileptics. It does not cure any disease, just temporally has a calming effect. It does have medical value and should be promoted in patients that require the help.
