Love it! R&G continues to lawyer up with their big guns, doing a full court press on Secure Auth! As they back Secure Auth into a corner, they continue to add pressure to them, soon forcing them to throw down the white towel of surrender, as did Entrust, and as the remaining defendants will soon do!
Ropes & Gray playing to win, as they always do! Its only a matter of time, and since time is money, they can expect the settlement to become more costly the longer they delay their surrender! The defendants guilt will be their undoing, as R&G are super strong at laying out their guilt before the Judge(s) and/or jury if necessary! Of course a jury trial only comes in size 3X for treble damages!
