Your statement is a bit misleading The company has the authorization to take down up to 4 billion shares. They have not done that and to date there is less then 1 billion in circulation. The shares when made outstanding will be for value received and justified. As the company grows and revenue increases the funds can be used to buy back shares. Not yet because we are in a grow mode and will be for some time.The balance of shares will be available for future use as the occasion arises Don't get all bent out of shape we are progressing nicely and its a good thing..
