To claim that every share has been immediately sold back into the market is ALL THREE kinds of lies.
NO ONE knows whether Aspire has sold one single share of stock that they have purchased from IPIX.

But WE do not. To assume that every single share Aspire has bought immediately gets sold in the market -- is an assumption based on NO facts.
Anyone who claims this as a certainty is wrong. I said the Aspire sales HELP explain the weakness.
We know for a fact that the majority of shares sold to Aspire over the past few years have been sold back into the market as they have never filed a 5% ownership stake. Considering we sold them 1% (1.4M of 140M) of the the outstanding shares of IPIX in the past five weeks, it's my opinion that many of them have been sold by Aspire into the market.
As my signature says...all in my opinion. It's entirely possible Aspire didn't sell a single share. You're welcome to keep chasing short farts in the wind if you like. For me, the numbers in the 10Q were exactly what I wanted to see in order to explain a large part of the weak stock price. I like using numbers presented by the company rather than invisible enemies to formulate my opinions.
I can't follow what 4kids prints out for the life of me. I have no doubt there are some market maker games going on. I'm not concerned with that small ball stuff. I don't believe for a second though that there is some major naked short interest continuing to accumulate under the surface here. Continued sales to Aspire satisfy some of the weakness for me. The DUD and DUNNER spam doesn't help either but they'll be washed away with results soon enough.
Go IPIX!
