I have a question that somebody on this board may be able to answer. The yearly financials are information that NTEK usually makes public by posting to the OTC. Is there any reason why they can't just post the report to their website? The only rule that I know of to dissemination of information is that it has to be made publicly available. Posting to the website would qualify as being publicly available. It wouldn't remove the STOP sign on the OTC but if it is truly a problem with the contract with the OTC then it wouldn't mean that they can't post financials elsewhere.
Am I correct in my thinking?
