I get the feeling the big holder that filed the SE

I get the feeling the big holder that filed the SEC 13 form saying they were going to reduce their share count below 5% may still be working on doing that.

Where else are all these shares being sold around .02 coming from? Anyone have any thoughts? I've been gobbling up a few hundred thousand most every day.
