This board is chock full of good people who are rooting on the company and Tony. They are invested with their money and their heart. This is not a bad thing.... but there seems to be the growing disconnect between the company and all the rationales that these board members cheer them on... mainly due to the missed dates and the lack of information. This is fine also.
I for one are the same as O/W, I don’t need to call the company every day or all that often to be looking for answers. They have more important things to do than to answer or someone like me 100 times over. So I would rather not bother them. I think many are under the impression that the customer service Tony was providing up to June would also continue to now, but it hasn’t. Because there is nothing to say. Then again, missing a date and saying nothing is something to many.
So I think what you are missing is the varied levels of expectation management.... and the impact of the levels of information. Many need the warm and fuzzy - not a bad thing either. At the end of the day.. we wait or we leave... it looks like we are all waiting. I am sure it will be worth it!!! Yes (can you tell I am bored right this minute)
