Just a comment on licensure red tape. I realize its not that same as an airline but relevant to the topic of licensure. As some of you know I am self employed. I hold or own a few medical industry licenses. In Las Vegas and California. One license that is difficult to get is called a Independent Diagnostic Treatment Facility (IDTF). I hold this license in Nevada but have been in the application process in California for literally more than 4 years. California Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) put a moratorium on this type of licensure for some time because there was a high volume of fraud in this particular area of the medical industry in California. Anyway, as of yesterday my license is approved!!! It has cost me a small fortune in providing free medical care as I wait for the license. The hope it is retroactive, I have to wait for a letter that tells me the effective date. Which hopefully goes back at least to January 2017 for me. Either way my company is able to move forward with this new license in California. I could never have predicted It would have taken this long, but it did. And to get me and my partner and team just had to be patient and persistent!!! Same goes for US Global!! Be patient! Delay's are unpredictable. Good companies are not judged by how well they do things right. Anyone can get it done when its easy. I judge the best in how they overcome challenges. I believe in Tony and his team for this reason. They are problem solvers. Whatever the current problem, or challenge I believe that are solving it.
