I have a question(s).
I know we are all waiting patiently (maybe) as the lack of news one way or the other is on our minds...and that leads me to my question. Is there a definition of a "quite period", other than to say it is a time when the company will not release information? Additionally, is there a timeframe associated with a "quite period" e.g. 30 days, 45 days, etc., or is it until certain paperwork is complete? What starts and stops a "quite period"?
