I'm not a trader, and thus not familiar or savvy with technicals, but after 20 minutes of research, I do see what you're talking about here with the golden cross. In your experience with technicals, how often does this equate to positive upward movement, in your experience? And while I'm asking, where do you see the next movement going to? (all in your opinion of course)
