The email consolidated; Brandon Ferguson Jan 9 (1 day ago) to me John, When a company is suspended by the SEC, brokers’ quotes are removed as required by the suspension. For them to be re-entered, a broker would need to apply with FINRA by filing a Form 211. Posting an attorney letter has no effect on the re-entry of quotes. FINRA must clear a 211 before a quote can be re-entered. Feel free to contact me with any further questions.
