what is amazing is that NN relo/d on ask to 04 .. and hasn't UC the ask yet
of course it's only been 2 days ..

and the cynic in me says .. that one of their plants working within the SEC
has passed along some info

because of course they all collude

that said .. it's only Tuesday .. let's see if *ask* gets UC .. or the bid relo/s up

what is fascinating is non investors wanting *volume* .. ask hits .. and gaps filled

there is no reason for PTOI (stock) to go anywhere .. (some of us appreciate
the PPS increase from just 2+ weeks ago) until mgmt provides another material
event .. what will be interesting then is whether PTOI can scale that 05/051 *line in the sand from over a year ago*

let's see the *volume* on that round ..

what is more interesting is why the long's ask hit (last week) @ 03 .. *didn't adjust* the
then size .. rather almost 2000 more in volume went off above the non adjusting
size ..

"so the ask @ 03c .. gets *relo/d* to 04c and now 03c has been the bid for 2 days

be interesting to see if the bid begins to move back up .. fascinating to see
the *volume* it took to move PTOI from approx 1c to 4c .. 2+ weeks ago
