, an innovative biotech company that operates in the fields of hemp cannabinoid (CBD), nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, medical device, research and development, initiates audit process through BF Borgers CPA PC to up-list to the OTCQB Market.
ETST’s key factor to up-listing to the OTCQB is to expand its shareholder base and comply to engaged institution funders. BF Borgers has commenced the audit process and is expected to be completed within the end of the current quarter, (fiscal Q3 2017) with the up-listing to follow.
