notice how so many *non investors* in OTC targets try to trivialize .. and *normalize*
what isn't normal
can't have it both ways ..
those of us who long ago divorced our emotions (separating out the stock from the company) re: OTC targets
patiently (some clearly not so patiently) wait out *aspects* .. across multiple levels
from P2O's mgmt
as of today .. P2O (company) is fully compliant .. independently tested/validated and permitted by NYSDEC
and current mgmt (after a year and a half's *notice*) .. finally began to implement
ancillary material events noted in March 2016's Shareholder Update
one of the 2 new adds to the BoD .. was part of the monies' sourced in the back
half of 2016 .. (the other was LL)

PTOI (stock) was reset in Jan 2014 to 6c (October 2014 would be 5c) from December 2013's 10c
so let's see .. in one month it will be 4 years in total .. that PTOI has remained essentially
below 10c .. (approx vol since then EO Dec 2013 = 78M~ )
in two months .. PTOI will have remained (for the most part) below 6c ..
(volume since then is approx the same as above 78M~)
so today PTOI (stock) sits @ 3c .. on the least amount of YTD *volume* since
P2O first came public in 2009
the stock went up from approx 1c to 4c on approx 1M in *volume* based on
2 events .. the 2nd Shareholder Update in 2017 by P2O's mgmt on 10.18.17
.. and the filings (Forms 3/4 re: BoD adds) on the 20th of October
until that point (first half of October 2017) .. PTOI's *volume* was approx 153k
and those of us who observe and document noted that October's *reporting*
re: MM Monthly might prove *revealing* .. the *stress* on the PRIMARY will
become even more *evident* with P2O's ability to *execute*

just me perhaps .. but after almost 4 years and 78M~ in *volume* .. i'd say patience
out of actual P2O investors .. may finally be rewarded .. *with measurable progress executed and articulated by P2O's mgmt*
