Thanks for sharing yet another example of slap on the wrist fines being handed out rather than businesses being closed down or taken over by another competing firm with the perpetrators spending time in jail. Is there a regulator out there with the integrity and balls to stand up to the criminals? We need a Pecora like investigation that would put an end to the fraud in our markets.
