$RIBT Backing and filling now, but a close above $1.32 would be a new 52 week high. New 52 week highs often bring in more buying. A catalyst could be the conference call Thursday. CEO's often like to put out good news in advance of the call. Newer CEO Dr. Smith has not done that yet, but............
