From my perspective, and of course I could be wrong, I have either seen or been a part of suits and countersuits and there is usually some sort of compromise involved even if the countersuit doesn't have significant validity. Hopefully we're pleasantly surprised but that's why I'm a little more reserved with this first one.

I'll also say that it doesn't matter either way. The great thing is that there are settlements occurring with an IPR dismissal. ZPaul posted earlier, and I completely agree 100%, that things are going to move so fast with multiple settlements and large deals that our heads will be spinning.
