Remember, companies are NOT supposed to be transparent ALL of the time. This company had always been VERY transparent, but went quiet as they waited on litigation concerning the Roy Meadows clan.

The uncertainty around the outcome of that litigation is precisely what caused Lili Li and LSW to want the size of the control block increased as well as possibly hold back funding. The latter is speculation on my part, but the financing they just secured came only after the successful negotiations that settled the case to the satisfaction of the all including the lender.

Fortunately, they saw the growth potential and were willing to fund the settlement as well to remove the road block so that Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. could get on with the business of building this into a leader in the hemp/CBD market.

It's still prime time to hard launch into this market as growth projections are huge, and this brand has already gotten a lot of exposure thanks to Grisaffi and crew using non-dilutive gorilla marketing and wagon jobber distribution in the early part of the launch.

They did a great job of getting exposure in key markets like the Pacific Northwest, Southern Cali, Texas (with 7-Eleven too) and the New York Metro area as well as several other Northeastern locations. As a result ,many have already been introduced to the brand and responded enthusiastically. RMHB just couldn't be produced and marketed full throttle without the funding. We're over that hurdle and have a couple of awesome advisors, and the hard launch should be well received.

If you look closely you'll see I'm right about the transparency. The sudden breaking of the silent period came immediately after the settling with Meadows and the securing of the financing. It's finally hard launch time, so we're still going to see this happen.
