Good point. I had a CEO of a small biotech tell me that exact thing. The cost of a new plant could be anywhere from a few $10's of millions to near a billion $ depending what is being manufactured.
With the new team assembled, I am confident that we hear news of a partnership of some kind in the not to distant future.
I guess that's what I was eluding to in my previous post. There will still be hoops to jump through, but using an already approved facility will make things much easier.
