Treaty Energy Drilling has secured 2 outside Drilling contracts, for the Failing 1500 Rig, in Pecos County Texas. 1st well is a shallow re-entry, with the rig scheduled to be on location today January 11th. 2nd is a new drill Scheduled to begin on or before February 15th 2013.
