#### Technically chart wise ONCI broke out of a perfect
9 month CUP-n-HANDLE pattern moving on Friday Sept 1, 2017
above the breakout point of .004+ . This pattern just on technicals
alone projected the stock to move up into the .007-.016 area.
ONCI exceeded that projected range and hit a MAJOR HIGH
of .019 on Sept 22-23, 2017 and since that time has traded
in a consolidation pattern.
ONCI made a MAJOR HIGHER LOW @ .0081 on Oct 4, 2017
and successfully retested that exact .0081 on Oct 26, 2017.
On NOV 2, 2017 ONCI broke out of 3 week
Reverse Head-n-Shoulders pattern moving above .011+
on Strong Volume.
With so many CATALYST EVENTS just ahead and now
VERY BULLISH technical chart we are projecting with
90%+ certainty ONCI will re-test its .019 high in this month
of NOVEMBER ! Once that is accomplished we can then
assess higher price targets for the intermediate term.
