Somebody on Ihub came up with such an excellent description for the Fazync technology; It's so well thought out that it makes me think that the poster is an IHSI worker. It's a great description for who're not very technologically literate.

The fayznc solution is just tech catching up with everyday life. Apparently, phase angle synchronization is a known thing, it is actually done when electricians are wiring up large motors. What the tech has done is instead of an electrician manually adjusting the phase sync. One time and then going. This tech reads and adjusts it according to usage and output via switches circuits capacitors and gizmos. It's like having an awesome electrician adjusting power usage every second.
