I am not saying I know more, just speaking from my own experience. Yes, fallacy of small sampling, but I got to do what works for me and not believe big pharma with their "trumped" up studies by universities that give them what they want. They too have high powered think tanks to us psychology to sell their chit to the dumbed down sheeple.
