HJOE didnt hire an "IR" firm to make wildly speculative claims about share count and PPS or constantly tweet about multi BILLION dollar contracts that never had a snowball's chance in hell go come true.
HJOE didnt let convertible debt lenders (preferred share holders...?) drive the PPS into oblivion or lie to shareholders about moving to Wyoming to let the AS go ballistic.
HJOE went dark instead of being forced into the grays where they would have quickly went no bid.
HJOE wasnt creating complex, reciprocal family consulting agremeents as a way to mask or redistribute compensation.
HJOE hasnt changed its product line 5 times in the last two years. Instead it has continued to build on its base and aggressively back products that have worked.
But that is all besides the point. The iLie bashers have been absolutely adamant that it will NEVER trade again and everything is fake. If true - why waste time and money telling people? In contrast, I believe there was specific and purposeful manipulation here and continues to be so.
If people want to believe the fantasy - great. Hope they do. At least long enough to create a spike big enough to let the long term holders that were lied to and used a chance to unload without affecting price. When IR started the $0.01 PPS target, OS decrease, and actively encouraged shareholders to buy stock due to it being undervalued is when the line was crossed and fiduciary responsibility went right out the window.
